  • In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

  • We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
  • An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance — we reserve the right to cancel any order.
  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

5. SHIPPING

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Kakapo Kids is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
  • We do not offer refunds on correctly delivered items.
  • Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours with an unboxing video.
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.

7. CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — including images, logos, product names, and text — is the property of Kakapo Kids. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

9. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or to violate any regulations, rules, or laws.
